Legal services
The legal services provided by AKVT are not only focused on certain areas of the law or on a particular issue, but are provided throughout the whole spectrum of both private and public law. With the accession of the Czech Republic to the EU, the development of national, EU and international legislation, and the natural development of private and public law relationships that require a higher level of specialised legal expertise, the individual members of the Law Firm focus on certain areas of legal relations or create specialist teams with external colleagues. This allows a high-quality approach to the provision of legal services.
At present, the legal services provided by the Law Firm are evenly distributed among three major groups of clients, namely leading industrial enterprises, territorial self-governing units, and central state administration bodies and organisations set up by them. The corporate clients of the Law Firm include major companies in the fields of mechanical engineering, energy, transport and the food industry – leaders in their fields. The scope of the legal services is complemented by the individual legally interesting cases of dozens of individuals.
Public procurement
AKVT provides its clients with complete tender documentation (in the case of the contracting authority) or complete preparation of documents related to participation in the tender procedure (in the case of the tenderer or contractor).
Debt administration and recovery
The Law Firm provides services in the field of debt administration and long-term procedural representation of owners of receivables at all stages of the existence of the receivable.
Real estate
AKVT provides legal services to a large number of individual property owners and associations of unit owners, as well as housing cooperatives and what are termed management companies.
Corporate legal counselling
We provide a full range of services related to the establishment, operation and management of commercial companies.
Public sector
AKVT provides legal services to the public sector in awareness of the need to protect the public interest in providing this particular type of legal services.
