Since 2005

Since the very beginning of its existence, AKVT has been providing comprehensive legal services. Unlike a number of other law firms, it has never had only a narrow specialisation. Specialisation naturally occurs at the level of the individual members of the legal team; however, the Law Firm as a whole is able to provide legal services in all major legal fields. A characteristic feature of the Law Firm’s legal team is its long-term stability, as a result of which the team is made up of experienced professionals who mutually coordinate their activities in a most efficient manner. Through continuous and systematic cooperation with the best law graduates, the process of expanding the legal team continues smoothly in a natural way, thereby creating the prerequisites for the mutual substitutability of the individual members of the legal team.

The constantly expanding client base of the Law Firm especially appreciates the high level of professional knowledge, communication skills and time flexibility of the legal team members as regards the clients’ needs and, last but not least, the practical approach to solving client assignments. The Law Firm never provides overly expert advice that, because of its complexity, brings little benefit to the clients. Thanks to these attributes, AKVT has gradually become one of the most renowned and sought-after law firms.

The AKVT client base also appreciates the rigorous adherence to the Act on the Legal Profession, civil law and, generally, the principles on which the legal profession has historically been based. The Law Firm achieves this with a set of consistent measures that effectively prevent any conflicts of interest and guarantee the absolute confidentiality of information obtained from the client. AKVT has further applied all the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 in its quality management system.

The Law Firm is able to provide legal services even where it is necessary to know a foreign legal system or a foreign language, and also where it is required to provide legal services abroad. For these cases, the Law Firm has established cooperation with a number of foreign law firms to cover all the major world regions. The Law Firm also works closely with leading Czech and global auditing firms, notary offices, distrainers, court experts and interpreters.
