About Us
Advokátní kancelář Volopich, Tomšíček & spol., s.r.o. (hereinafter the “Law Firm” or “AKVT”) is a law firm with a tradition of providing legal services of a high professional level, whose activities follow up on the major law firm of the First Czechoslovak Republic, Král & spol., and the lawyers’ association established with effect as of 1 January 2005.
The founding members of the association are JUDr. Daniel Volopich and JUDr. Tomáš Tomšíček. JUDr. Daniel Volopich has been practising law since 1 July 1996; even before that date, he provided legal services to clients as a commercial lawyer for several years. JUDr. Tomáš Tomšíček has been an attorney-at-law since 1 November 2004.
In terms of the scope of the legal services provided and its range of important clients, the Law Firm currently occupies a leading position in the legal services market in the Czech Republic.
Legal Team
The Law Firm is mostly composed of attorneys-at-law and experienced articled clerks supported by a large team of administrative staff. The Law Firm is also able to communicate in the most widespread foreign languages when providing legal services.
